Grounding Exercise

It’s nearly back to school time for many of us! It is exciting. It is stressful. Here’s a little something for you. Ms. Jen’s Grounding Exercise will help you help yourself and your kids when feelings get big or they’re shut off all together. A fellow parent of a traumatized kiddo, Dan Jensen, made this for me. Thank you Dan! And thank you fellow educators for doing all you do to be ready for your students. From bulletin boards, to arranging student spaces, to digging into curriculum, and planning those activities for the first days, you’ve got this, especially when you put relationships first! 🙂
